Silly ole me forgot my computer charger when heading up north for the Thanksgiving weekend so I wasn’t able to make any posts. The weekend was good…spending time with family while eating a large amount of food. I did not do any shopping but I was able to finally see Harry Potter which I was a little disappointed in. I know it was just a build up for the next one but still. Right now I am working diligently to get all of the new items up for tomorrow and set all of the Cyber Monday Sales. So be sure to visit us tomorrow for many great savings!!

Today I worked on my draped dress for school which is coming out great so I didn’t have much time to post these lovelies. As I stated yesterday…I was a little sad that I wasnt able to get as many photos as I wanted of this weekend fall themed tea party bridal shower. The ones below are what I captured with my iphone and a few from a friend’s camera. I just wish i would have gotten more detail shots.

The weather changed our plan from hot tea to cold..but it was still delicious especially with all of the deserts below…. red velvet cupcakes, fruit tarts, pumpkin cupcakes, smore cupcakes, lemon blueberry bars, rum balls and many many more.

My homemade banners were streamed across the party area ever so lovely.

I really want to make these bacon wrapped sweet potato bites for tomorrow. I hope I have time because they are so so delicious. Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

This weekend turned out great even though it was non stop. Started out on Friday night with a Thanksgiving themed midnight bash…something my parents do for the children at the daycare once a month. On Saturday, was last minute preparations for the wedding shower and then assisting with Lehia’s bridal shoot. Saturday ended with another friend’s lingerie shower. Sunday was the big day we had been preparing for and if you ask me it turned out great! The only thing I regret is not taking enough photos…hopefully someone got a few shots. By the time I got a hold of the camera the fruit tarts and red velvet cupcakes were wiped out..ha. Because of the busy week, I feel like relaxing today…maybe a shopping trip after I take a few more shop update photos and update the sale…I haven’t forgotten just many things were on my list.

I know many of you have seen this lovely video if you have been watching even a wee bit of television, but it captures my mood for this holiday season. I am still wanting the sparkle and glam but for today I want the plaids, tall duck boots and cozy scarves… Just press play.

Seriously…how amazing are these Tommy Hilfiger boots?!

This makes me want to check out the Heritage section in forever21…on my way.
